I myself can not take vitamins--I have tried for years to take vitamins. They make me sick. Within about 15 minutes I want to just puke them right back up. I have not gotten nauseated with Zeal Wellness one time. Its got a great taste; mixes easily; tastes great...Oh wait, I already said that. Both of my kids drink Zeal and that says a lot.
