Health Benefits

I have never been a 'health fanatic'   Sure, I've taken vitamins--I use to take vitamin supplements every day when I was a kid.  But that was also because my family had some very special friends who were distributors for a company, and she insisted on getting my vitamins for me.  I took them faithfully for years.  In fact..I can still taste them when I just think about them.  (imagine a not so very pleasant look..b/c I didnt think they tasted very good.  I just took them because I had to)
I don't eat a lot of junk food, and I never really have.  In fact, until my daughter came along, I was the ONE person in my house, who, as far as eating healthy goes, Im probably the only one who really did this.  I eat fruits and veggies, yogurt, whole grain cereal, etc.  My husband and my son however..NOT veggie eaters.  Course, they would disagree.  They would say, "I eat vegetables!  I eat corn and potatoes!"  To which my response would be "Um..thats not healthy!  You don't eat 2 starchy veggies together like that!"
Then my daughter came along...I literally prayed my entire pregnancy that she would be the NON picky child, who would take after me and eat half way decent.  And I am happy to report that she IS my non picky child.  She will eat just about anything.  If she's never had it before, she will at least try it.  Colton would NOT try new things--he's only just started that.  He's almost 16 and he JUST started eating spaghetti in the last 2 months.  I about fainted the first time I saw him try it.
In the last several months, specifically in the last 7 weeks we have slowly started changing habits.  Kyle started cutting back on his eating junk food and started eating healthier about a year ago.  He had lost about 30ish, maybe 40lbs.  But then he started having issues with pain in his foot(planter faschitis), and other pain issues due to a fall at work.  He's still continued to try to eat healthier.
I made the decision to quit drinking pop of any kind and I have managed to stick with it since mid January.  Thats a BIG thing for me to give up my cokes.  I dont drink it for the caffeine--I like the taste and the bubbles, lol.
I have made it a point to start buying more fruit and veggies and instead of a cookie or chips, I go for a carrot or an apple or something like that.  The kids have been told no more sodas for them as well.
And, we've all started drinking ZEAL WELLNESS.
Zeal Wellness, the amazing wellness nutritional supplement drink that gives us the energy we need to get through the day without a big crash.  It gives us the vitamins and nutrients that our bodies need on a daily basis.  Even if you exercise, and eat the right foods, your body STILL needs a certain amount of other nutrients.  If you are having migraines, then your lacking in something.  If your having joint pain, then your lacking in something.  If you give your body what it needs, its going to heal itself from the inside out.
I know I know your reading that and thinking, "Ya right! Whatever!!!"  Trust me, if I didn't truly believe this, then I would NOT say it and I would NOT share my Zeal story.
If I had not been given a sample of this great product to try, I would still be whinging and crying about how bad I felt.  I'd be coming home from work and taking a 3 hour nap, after only working for 4 hours.  I wouldn't be excited because I lost some weight, that has not budged no matter what, in 3+ years.
The benefits of Zeal Wellness are countless.  Mental clarity, alertness, nutritional, low calorie and it tastes GREAT!!  You can mix it up with water, or juice--ANY flavor!!!
I am 1 of a family of 4--two of which are VERY VERY picky--and even they will drink it.
I have been introduced to an amazing product that has given me my life back in the sense of feeling good.  I don't intend to be without it.  Don't try to take my Zeal from me..cause their will be a fight! ;O)
