I want to get healthy and fit as much as any other person. I want to eat right, and get all the vitamins and nutrients that I need each day. I want to take care of the earthly body that my heavenly father blessed me with. The Bible clearly tells us, "Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body," (1 Cor. 6:19-20).
We can honor the word by taking care of ourselves and giving our bodies the nutrients that we need on a daily basis. Even if you eat right and exercise or work out, you can not and you are not going to get every single thing that is needed. If make a list of each of the things in the below, take it to the store--Akin's, GNC, Wal-Mart, etc..you are going to pay at the least, $450. I don't know about you, but thats a HUGE chunk of mula to me!
